Hotel Policy

You must present a photo ID when checking in. Bed type are only guaranteed for prepaid rooms. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as phone calls, and room service will be billed to you on checkout

Check-in Time: 2:00PM Check-out Time: 12:00PM. Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on room types. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Hotel Pintär is not only the newest, it is also prominently located along Jalan Kluang, 1km from the main gate of University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia [UTHM].

We believe in constant upgrading and boast a host of facilities from comfortable rooms, spacious cafeteria to seminar facilities.

Whilst we may not be the cheapest, but our warm service and well fitted rooms will make it all worth it.

 

 

 

Why Should We Reserve Online?

All travellers desires certainty for good overnight accommodation. We urge all travellers, in order to guarantee yourself a room of your choice, make an online reservation with us and to secure the booking, we accept payments through our website via PayPal or WorldPay (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • All bookings with payments are guaranteed. 

  • All telephone bookings are guaranteed until 4pm unless payment has been received.

  • Save 10% with pre-payment online.

How Do We Get Corporate Rates?

For Corporate Reservations exceeding 18 nights a year, kindly fill up our application form here and your application is subject to management approval. Your discount codes for online reservation will be advised later.

 

 

 

How Many Rooms Can I Book? 

As part of a single reservation, you may book up to seven nights per rooms. All confirmed bookings will be followed up with either an email or SMS confirmation.

 

 

 

Is Hotel Pintär Disable Friendly?

We are currently just three months into business and we have no disable facilities. However, our friendly staff are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay with us is comfortable and hassle-free.

As our Hotel is currently not equipped with elevators, we are planning to install a disable stair lift in the coming future to better serve our customers.

 

 

 

What is the Non-Smoking Policy?

Hotel Pintär enforces a strict non-smoking policy throught the hotel premises. This is for the comfort of all our other guests.

Any guests in violation will be reported to the police and will be enforce a RM300.00 deodorising & cleaning fee. If any furniture is found to be damaged (related), they shall be held responsible.

 

 

 

Does Hotel Pintär allow Pets/ Durians?

Hotel Pintär does not allow pets in the hotel room. Please check with the reception for overnight storage if necessary.

When Do I Get a Response to my Enquiry?

Our goal is to respond to all questions within 12 hours of receipt. For immediate assistance, you may call +60.13.3337800 seven days a week from 6:00 a.m. to midnight.  

 

 

 

What if Hotel Pintär is Fully Booked?

We thank you for showing interest in Hotel Pintär. As Parit Raja is a growing suburb and the demand for quality accommodation is always present, we advise all guests to make early reservations. Should we be sold out on the nights of your arrival, you may check with these other Hotels/ GuestHouses within the same vicinity.

 

 

 

What is Hotel Pintär's Cancellation Policy?

We thank you for considering Hotel Pintär. For telephone and walk-ins, we practices the industries' standard cancellation policy which are as follows:

  • 3 days before check-in date - 100% refund

  • 2 day before check-in date - 50% refund

  • 1 day or on check-in day including no show - no refund

  • All online reservations are final and non-negotiable. 

 

 

 

What if I cause damage to Hotel Property?

We provide quality fittings and fixtures at Hotel Pintär for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Whilst reasonable wear and tear is acceptable, we will however bill the repair or replacement charges to the guest if any of our property is found to be damaged by you.

We strive to provide our guest with a troublefree stay, however sometimes damaged items may go unnoticed by our housekeeping. Therefore we urge all guest to inspect your room upon check-in and report any abnormalities at the earliest instant to our reception.
